Although the fault recorder is a kind of wave recording device with comprehensive function and reliable performance, in the actual operation process, the fault recorder can not operate normally because of the device fault caused by the abnormal phenomenon of the system or the device itself.

When the fault recorder is in normal operation, each state indicator light should be normal, the fault warning light should be off, and the digital tube should display the time or the recording times. When the equipment is abnormal, it will send out fault alarm.

Front end processor failure: the failure type of the corresponding plug-in is displayed on the display, and it is also displayed in the nixie tube display window. Processing method: press and hold the fault display key on the panel, the display will display the fault type, find the faulty plug-in from the display prompt column, replace the spare plug-in or carry out corresponding maintenance.

Power failure phenomenon of fault recorder: first, the power indicator is not on, and the fault warning light is not on. Treatment method: this phenomenon shows that the power supply of the whole machine is lost. Check whether the fuse behind the power box is in good condition. Second, a power indicator on the power box panel is not on. Treatment method: this phenomenon may be that the power supply for the output voltage of the group is damaged, or the power supply protection action is caused by the short circuit of the voltage circuit. Therefore, the power switch should be turned off immediately, and the plastic cover plate on the left connector of the power box should be removed to check whether there is a short circuit in the voltage output circuit of each group. The operation can be resumed after troubleshooting.
