The front panel of the fault recording screen adopts a glass door to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of daily operation. The rear door is a double door structure, and ventilation and heat dissipation holes are reserved on the door. A rail merging hole is reserved on the side of the fault recording screen, and a small bus support can be installed on the top of the screen. The fault recording screen contains transformer box, keyboard, mouse, printer, computer display, etc.

There are four indicator lights on the front panel of the fault recording device, which are power light, operation light, fault light and recording light.

The power light is a red indicator light. After the device is powered on, the power light is always on. After the device is powered off, the power light goes out.

The operation light is a green indicator light. When the fault recording device operates normally, the indicator light flashes once every second. When the device crashes, the indicator light does not flash.

The fault light is a green indicator light. When the device has an internal fault, the indicator light is on. When the device operates normally, the indicator light is off.

The recording light is a green indicator light, which turns on when the device starts recording, and turns off after the recording is reset.
